  • Full goal assessment and work together to        
   develop S.M.A.R.T Goals and Action Plans,    
   short and long term 
 (Specific / Measurable / Attainable / Realistic / Time Bound)
  • A Functional Movement Screen - Identify 
   patterns that need improvement and/or    
   correction, it will also provide a benchmark to 
   track progress in program
  • Custom designed program based upon the results of your assessment, to get you to 
    achieve your goals in the most effective way with the coaching you deserve and  
    camaraderie that makes training fun
  • Corrective exercises to keep you safe and correct imbalances with the appropriate 
    amounts of resistance training and cardiovascular exercise, based upon your 
    personal needs and goals
  • Demonstration of all movements, exercises, stretches, foam rolling, etc
  • Personal Training coach that will work with you to keep you accountable for your 
  • Communication (if necessary) with your doctors or physical therapists to ensure you 
    are never being put at unnecessary risk of injury
  • A more confidant, healthy, strong, fit body and mind!!

  • Baseline Assessment performed through health 
    history, exercise and nutrition evaluation.
  • Custom designed program based upon the 
    results of your assessment, current habits, 
    challenges and development of nutritional goals.
  • A weekly meal planning guide with recipes, grocery lists, and other information to help you with 
   your nutritional accountability to support your goals
  • Unlimited daily e-mail/text support
